Returns and defective products

After payment has been made, we will not accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience.
If the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will accept exchanges or returns.

2. Please send the empty box, empty container, and the delivery slip to us along with the bank account information for the refund written on paper.
